You can return your used books to us and we will refund 50% of their original cost, this can be done in cash if you live near our secondhand bookshop in the Nan province of northern Thailand or via bank transfer provided you supply us with the details. Alternatively you can use the refund against your next order of secondhand books.

Please use the form at the bottom of the page to inform us of the books that you will be returning and your payment details so we can provide your refund.

To acquire your refund the second hand books must be in as good a condition as they were when you purchased them from us, secondhand books in a lesser condition will be offered a lower but fair return price. Please do not send books with missing pages or covers as these have a zero baht value.

All postage and packing for returned secondhand books is the responsibility of the sender but the Thailand postal system is very reasonable and unless you are in a rush there is no need to use the more expensive E.M.S. system. We will try to use the box that you send your returned used books in for your new order if practical as this will save you the packaging cost on your next delivery.

Please return the secondhand books to our home address, due to the opening times of our bricks and mortar shop we usually miss the postman.
